When Southport was first developed, it had only the Beach Boardwalk. Today, many people know it as “Southport’s busiest tourist area.” With so much attention to it, it seems like it should be a well-known attraction.

This is the second post in our series where we look at Southport, NC and the Waterfront Boardwalk, which has become a major tourist attraction for the area. The boardwalk is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike and has been a very busy place for many years.
